01Who we are

Doing AI builds and operates software systems for businesses. This site is operated by Doing AI, based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India, and founded by Nithish Singh. For any privacy question, write to hello@doingai.in — a person replies.

02What we collect

Only what you give us, plus a little basic technical data.

• Details you enter in our forms — your name, work email, company, industry, and anything you type into the message field. These reach us only when you press the button; if you begin the form and do not submit it, nothing is sent and we hold nothing.
• The page you submitted from, and the time you submitted it.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking, and this site loads no third-party scripts.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anyone else's model.

03Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare for the conversation.
• To contact you about the specific request you made.
• To keep basic records of who we have spoken with.

Our lawful bases are your consent (you tick a box before submitting) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.

04Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), with access limited to the Doing AI team; Google acts as our data processor. Your browser also stores your colour-theme choice in local storage — that stays on your device and is never sent to us.

05Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us operate — currently Google (storage) and our email provider — and only as needed to respond to you. We may disclose information where required by law. That is the full list.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. If a conversation does not lead anywhere and you would like your details removed, ask and we will delete them.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@doingai.in and we will action it promptly. You can also decline the consent checkbox; you will simply not be able to submit the form.

08Cookies and storage

We set no cookies at all. The only thing stored on your device is your colour-theme choice, under the key doingai-theme. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

09Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
